Important: Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed.

SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY.

We can not guarantee delivery by the estimated shipping time.

Orders received prior to 3 pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.

USPS Express orders placed before Noon EST M-F will ship the same day.

Vidal Coaching cannot be held responsible for any delays, disruptions, or errors made by the carrier.

Please note: For all international orders, we cannot offer refunds for shipping charges in the event that the package is returned to us by Customs without an explanation.

Vidal Coaching is not responsible for orders that are not received or delayed. We do not guarantee shipping times as estimated by the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays or returns from Customs. We offer and encourage Route Protection Insurance for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Route Insurance must be purchased at the time of checkout to be applied.
