Does any of this sound familiar?

Daily tasks have become a challenge for you.

Frequent fatigue, body aches, and joint pain often make even simple tasks like cooking, cleaning, or getting dressed a struggle.

You’re not as productive at work as you once were.

You have a hard time concentrating and completing tasks at work due to brain fog and chronic fatigue.

Your relationships and social life are suffering.

The unpredictability of your autoimmune symptoms makes you hesitant to commit to social plans or spend quality time with loved ones, leading to feelings of isolation and frustration.

Your mental health has taken a backseat.

Chronic pain, fluctuating weight, and stomach issues that flare up at any moment have taken a toll on your mental health. You may be experiencing depression and anxiety, making it even harder to manage your physical symptoms and enjoy life to the fullest.

SUCCESS STORIES of Autoimmune Disorders

Jess was diagnosed with Lyme disease a year ago but had been feeling unwell for much longer, experiencing headaches and extreme joint pain and stiffness every day. She had seen many providers who dismissed her because she looked healthy on the outside. After just four weeks of working with a Vidal Coachingcoach, Jess made incredible progress, finally experiencing more good days than bad. Her mood swings nearly vanished, she had more energy, far less fatigue, and even lost 4 pounds!

Alison, on the other hand, came to us struggling with Hashimoto’s. She was experiencing weight loss resistance, bloating, and low energy despite exercising and eating healthy. Through our program, we were able to identify the root cause of her issues and work on repairing her gut and regulating her adrenals. The results? Decreased bloating, more energy, better management of her Hashimoto’s, and balanced hormones.

Jess and Alison are just two of the many success stories we have seen through our personalized health coaching programs. Our Functional Health Coaches understand every person is unique and requires a personalized approach to their health journey. That’s why we work with you to create a program tailored to your needs and goals, so you can start feeling like YOU again.

I knew that getting back to normal post competition was not going to be easy, but I never expected it to be like this. I thought I was reversing my diet correctly and had everything under control, until I didn’t.
When I first started working with Treva I looked 5 months pregnant from severe bloating on a daily basis. None of my clothes fit and I was so confused as to what was going on.

I quickly learned that I had:

  • Gut bacteria overgrowth
  • Adrenal fatigue and very low energy
  • Hashimoto’s
  • Hormonal imbalances

In three months with Treva and Vidal Coaching, my bloating has gone down tremendously and I’m eating more food than I ever have in the past. I’ve learned a lot about what my body really needs to function optimally and how recovery and eating enough to fuel your body needs to be taken seriously. You can’t go 110% all day, every day! Your body will only respond positively to training and diets for so long until you end up doing more damage than good.

I still have work to do in addressing my adrenal issues, but I am excited to continue this journey and thankful for all I have learned along the way.
