Acne Like Rash?
Do you have “rash like” acne flairs? I’ll give you a hint. •spoiler alert• this isn’t going away with a harsh cleanser in a week. @machinegunshellly is a former fitness competitor who got a double ear and sinus infection. A few rounds of antibiotics and her usual great skin was gone over night. Antibiotics can kill of your good bacteria. This same bacteria lives on your face as well as in your gut. In particular lactobacillus “acid”dophilus. As the skin is acidic and these are acid loving bacteria or lower ph thriving bacteria.
So what you do to your gut is what you do to you’re face in many ways. For Shelly the antibiotic blocked estrogen filtration in the gut, this dramatically shifts ph and shifts bacterial balance in hours. Ph drops, estrogen rises, and bad “antibiotic resistant” bacteria grow quickly. This irritate the liver and it backs up as well leaving cellular waste to build in the skin and bam! You go from great skin to a terrible outbreak.
We use a quick Mediterranean flush diet with 60 billion dose of the strain NCFM from lactobacillus acidophilus applying it to her face and orally ingest while using estrogen detoxifiers in the gut and within 2 weeks its was about gone. We use a blend of apple cider and clay on the face as well to enhance the pulling of toxins from the skin and she’s getting back to normal. You can combat acne with bacteria, hormone modulators, and diet in most cases better then harsh chemicals! Thank you Shelly for letting me show this. Most women won’t dare be brave enough. I appreciate you! #cresteimpact
